Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (Pakistan) We currently ship across Pakistan. Estimated delivery times are:

• Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad): 2–4 business days
• Other cities & towns: 4–7 business days

Shipping charges, if any, are calculated at checkout.

Free Shipping We offer free shipping on eligible orders. Any applicable free shipping threshold will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details via email or SMS.

Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control. However, we will do our best to assist you in tracking your order.
